2.- PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE The purpose of this Website is to provide information about tour packages and other services related to organized travel, particularly in Asia, as well as to facilitate their booking through various direct communication channels, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (“LGDCU”) and other applicable regulations on consumer affairs and tourism. The Website itself does not constitute a direct booking platform but serves as a means of presenting and intermediating the offer.

3.- WEBSITE TERMS OF USE Accessing and browsing the Website is free and does not require prior subscription or registration, except for certain specific functionalities. The User voluntarily accepts that the use of the Website is at their sole responsibility, agreeing to use the content lawfully and in accordance with current legislation, good customs, and public order. The use of the Website for fraudulent purposes or purposes that may cause harm to third parties or SOUL OF ASIA is prohibited, including, but not limited to, the following cases:
